Women's Quota............

Finally, Women's quota bill has been passed in Rajyasabha with record vote difference of 186:1 on 9th March 2010. What a great day in History of India. It would have been certainly greatest gift to Indian Womens if it could have been passed on 8th March which was International Women's day. But still important thing is that women have got their rights after wainting of so many years. I consider it as major step in empowerment of women in this country. Now they are going to get 33% seats in LOksabha, rajyasabha as well as in State assemblies of every state & it will certainly help the face of indian women who was considered as a men's slave who looks after their house & childrens. But time has changed & Shrimati Sonia Gandhi has done noble job of getting this bill passed in Rajyasabha.
But one thing has come out clearly that there are many people who dont want to give women this opportunity or they are strongly apposing this Bill. I cannot understand their mentality, Whether they are doing it for keeping their votebank or they are really against women empowerment. I think we should help women empowerment, we should make everything possible which will help women of this country to come out of their current condition & compete with their Western counterparts. What i feel is if women gets educated & empowered then certainly Literacy rate will increase & if literacy rate increases then there will be certainly mass number of educated human power who will lead our country to Fast developement. & for all things to get happened there is need of large number of womens in Administration because afterall women only can understand women's problems. Once women's number in administration increases , it will increase women's penetration in other areas which are dominated by men from years or centuries. So i consider it as a historic decision taken by UPA Government though it has taken many year to get passed. But as people say, Better late than never,I would like to thank Prime minister & his Government to passed the bill despite strong appose from Society's badwishers

Attitude

i have seen many people use this word in day to day life.. he/she doesn’t like my attitude or i don't like his/her attitude... some people consider themselves very smart, who decide about someone’s attitude within 5 min. without taking the pains or time to understand the person..
this what i have seen in my life , but i have never taken this word "Attitude" seriously. . because it is not my job to analysis someone else’s character or behaviour..
But today i wish to know more about this and why people use this word, in spite the fact that it hurts quite some people, I also get upset when a person says that you have a bla bla attitude, i dont like it ...i get upset because that very person is not just my good friend but is actually best friend ... so i started pondering about this word and me, I asked myself, am I really bad? ? ?
Attitude: Attitude means one's mental position relative to something - a way of behaving or thinking. . .
But whatever is positive is for someone may be negative to someone else!!
So does that mean, the person has a bad attitude?
I say the answer to that would be no.
I found a very nice one liner, "life is all about 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we react to those happenings."
What if, a person's present reaction is based on his past experience?… imagine, in this situation, someone else judges this person’s current reaction, without knowing the reason behind it…and finally makes up his mind and comments on his attitude… how inconsiderate…
i fail to understand this… how some people tend to judge someone else’s attitude…
this word is complicated, because this word is a sum total of behaviour/ mental setup/ temperament/ likes and dislikes…..
Strange how when our likes match, we tend to have a good attitude and otherwise a bad one in the eyes of a total stranger…..

My Role Model - Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, what can i say about this great man. sorry, its not wise to term him as a man, He is God of Cricket. & why he is my Rodel? Oh, thats simple to answer bcos there are n number of reasons to support my answer. I liked his one quality most & that is " His politeness & ability to being ground to earth even after been such a successful & Great Personility". Sometimes, i wonder that how does he manage to be such a polite & ground to earth, but thats probably secret behind his success. Most of us leave the earth after even small success & but Sachin is truely is apart from others & thats why he is at top. This is one quality which i liked most but there numerous others which have taken this man towards Godship. His Patience which make bowlers of opposite team impatient, Focused attitude which any man should inbibe in his work irrespective of his field of career. He is so focused that, he says" Cricket is my religion" & i will add further to him that" Cricket has become religion because of Gods like Sachin". Even after scoring 93 centuries, 157 fifties,31000 runs & being in international Cricket for more than 21 years, He still says that" i am still hungry for runs". His this attitude only led him to become " First man in this planet to score 200 runs in ODI". I think he is one among few who deserved to have that record in his crown. So these are few of his numorous great qualities which i liked most & thats why he is my Role Model.........

It's Great to meet dearones after too long period

It's wonderful feeling when you accidently meet someone who was your close one once upon a time.....I did experience it today when my school Friend ANIL called me, I just could not hide my feelings....
We were Very close infact Longoti yaar from early Childhood. He stayed near my home only. So, used to go school together, Tution together, Sit in Class together, play Cricket together, Fight together & many things together......We were happy & Fun loving persons. We used to go for fishing after school, go for Swimming in deep River & go to long run on our bicycle.....All these activities were banned by our parents. But we were we, Used to believe on " RULES ARE MADE FOR BROKEN" & we followed it without mistake.
I still remember one incident. When we were in 6th, used to go for Swimming daily in Kundalika River. We didn't carry seperate clothes to change after Swimming to avoid Suspection of Parents. So, we used to go to remote place far from town where hardly someone go. At that time my Younger brother SAGAR was in 3rd. He always wanted to come with us but we used to avoid him & escape from there. But Villain Knew the place. One day we along with other boys had gone there for swimming after avoiding SAGAR. But this time he took Revenge. As i mentioned we didn't carry clothes, So we had kept clothes on near by rocks & were swimming nude. & at that time SAGAR took my father along with other's parents to that place ( Heaven) & i just can't explain what happened after that..........& now we laugh on it when we remember the incident.
There are many such incidents where we enjoyed together, were punished together. But one thing i would like to mention here is that we ( Only Two) were the Royal people in school when it comes to Punctuallity. As he was Our Principal's Son, We never got punished for coming late in school as We used go to school together Only.
I also remember one sad incident. One day when we were studying together, We started to fight in Fun to show indivisual's power. But in Fun , His Palm got hurted seriously because of me , He were not even able to write for many days. But he didn't tell anybody even to his parents about it. He gave reason of Cycle accident.
So, This was about my Frind.......ANIL.....Who left me as his dad got transfer to other place when we were in 9th in 1999......After that i could not communicate with him..........& Suddenly today( In year 2009) after almost 10 years i got call saying" Hey, This is Anil...........Are you coming for swimming" ..........I could not hide my Emotions. We talked so long & have decided to meet soon.
It feels great when you meet someone(Closeone) after so long period............. So , i have decided to take initiative to Contact my many other friends to who i have lost contact.......Because, Relationships & friendships does matter
